Here at Federal, we carefully source our ingredients from sustainable, ethical, and (wherever possible) independent farms, roasteries and suppliers.

We make everything we possibly can right here on the premises and check daily for quality and freshness. When it comes to serving our customers, if the avocados aren’t ripe enough – we send them back to the supplier, if the coffee is made incorrectly – we make it again. It’s as simple as that! Everything we serve to our customers we should be proud of.
